Payments

Where can I find my ticket or notice number?

The number is printed in the upper-right corner of your ticket or notice, usually in bold and labeled “Notice No.” or “Citation No.” It follows the format XX-2026-000000. If you received an email notification, the same number appears in the message body.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express. Payments are processed over an encrypted channel, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Are there any service fees?

Payments made through this portal are free of charge. If a convenience fee ever applies to a specific notice type, it is always displayed before you confirm the payment.

How long does it take for a payment to post?

Payments are posted in real time. Your receipt, sent instantly by email, serves as proof of payment while the municipal record updates, typically within one business hour.

Can I pay in installments or partially?

Partial payments are accepted for notices marked “installment-eligible.”Enter the amount you wish to pay on the checkout step. Administrative holds may apply until the balance is paid in full.

Disputes & Corrections

I believe my ticket was issued in error. What should I do?

You maypay under protest to preserve your discount period, or file a dispute with the Bureau of Administrative Adjudication before the due date printed on the notice. See the Contact page ffor details.

What if I overpay or am owed a refund?

Overpayments are refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days once the record is reconciled. Refund questions: [email protected].
